The Coon Rapids Soccer Association (CRSA) is a volunteer and community based non-profit soccer organization.  The objective of the CRSA is to provide a means for members to participate in organized competition; to promote soccer as a sport; to effectively develop skills and sportsmanship; and to improve the welfare and recreation of the community through the sport of soccer.

Final Team Check-in

All teams must check-in approximately 60-90 minutes prior to their first game or earlier at Tournament Headquarters, located in the Gazebo at the Coon Rapids Soccer Complex

Final Team Check-in times at Tournament Headquarters:

Date: Friday, May 18, 2012        Time: Starting at 4:00 PM

Date: Saturday, May 19, 2012    Time: Starting at 8:00 AM                                        

Either a coach or the team manager must check in the team. Players do not need to attend Final Check-in.

In preparation for registering your team on-site, please make sure you have the following:

1.     One completed roster with player names in alphabetical order.  A MYSA Competitive Match report is acceptable.  This roster will be held at registration and not given to referees during the games.

2.     Player passes that are signed have a photo on the back and are properly laminated in the same alphabetical order as the roster. Your Official Tournament Roster will be frozen at final team check in and no changes will be made for the remainder of the tournament. Player passes will be bound at check in and are not to be unbound during the duration of tournament play.

  3  .     Parent signed medical release forms, also in alphabetical order to match roster.  Form may be MYSA form or your club form.
  
In preparation for game play please:

1.     Read the Rules and Regulations located at Tournament Rules and Regulations, for Complex Rules, Tournament Rules, length of games, pairings and scoring and tie-breakers, etc.

Schedules are also available on the main page of the website for each age group at www.crsoccer.org

NOTE: These schedules may change at any time due to scheduling needs; please check often.

2.     Please remind your families there are NO PETS/NO ANIMALS allowed at any time under any circumstances.  This includes but is not limited to DOGS, Cats, cows, horses, monkeys, fish, bunnies or parrots in a cage, etc.  Any animals on the complex will be told to be removed. Not having animals in the complex is cleaner and safer for the kids.

3.     Please remind your families that there is NO SMOKING or use of tobacco products of any kind allowed at any time any place within the boundaries of the Complex.

 **Not all teams have received their email confirmation at this time.  If you are one of the teams that have not received your email confirmation, please check the brackets and schedules on our web site as all teams have been placed in a bracket and are on our schedule.  NO teams have been turned away.

4.  There are parking restrictions for the complex.  Please see the map for available parking areas. There is also a large festival in the area this weekend, be prepared to allow enough time for parking and entering the complex.
